Schedule taken from the PLC forum. Only 9 games? Can PlC have 2 scrimmages or is it set in stone by rule to only have 1 scrimmage due to the spring practice? Guess the Monterey Tech Borregos game fell thru?
8-31 cc Carroll Home 9-7 La Vernia Away 9-14 Somerset (home Comming) 9-21 open 9-28 Calallen Home 10-5 Tuloso Midway Away 10-12 GP Home 10-19 Vic West Away 10-26 Beeville Home 11-7 Vic East Away 11-9 open

Nothing like a powder puff before the big game with Calallen. Not a bye, but close enough!

I doubt that the bobcats want to tarnish thier 80 points and play a quality team, contrary to what the coach says. "he just cant schedule andy competition"? bs.

Well Ingleside has them on their schedule this year, not sure how thats gonna turn out considering Ingleside was senior led this season and they will taking a big hit come graduation......but i think Ingleside will still be strong enough to give them a good game.

PLC starts Spring Ball. Kids look good. A lot of chatter goin on. I think this group of kids will do pretty well. We've got a lot of Juniors and a few sophomores who will start next year. Next year will be good and the next year will be really good. #22 is going to be one heck of an athlete. I look for D1 offers to start coming during this next year which will be his Junior year.

Alot of excitment around this group of kids. I cant wait to see Cory Williams and Devin Bisby face off. Me n a few guys from work are gonna go check them out this afternoon I believe. The towns already buzzin about this group of young men. Cant wait to see what Whitaker has up his sleeve

What's Refugio doing 9/21? Oh boy, I'd love to see Refugio schedule a good 3a or 4a team! I promise you their starters would get plenty of action without running it up on their opponent if they did! I got to see them twice last year and they were a great 2a team but they'd get rolled by even a decent 4a squad!

Witj Devin Bisby amd Jakorious Williams, I think this will.be the first time awhile that the.coastal bend has produced homegrown legit D1 caliber players. That arent lineman.

Jakorious Williams is a defensive convert to running back. I see PLC and F-B being the strongest teams in the area this year.

Actually, you got it backwards boss, hes a natural RB. hes an athlete who can play any position so whitaker used him where he needed him the most the past few seasons, as we already had some older, excellent RB's,FB's...hes not as weight room strong as Brandon.G. Is but his core strenth is out of the ball park. He will likely be recruited as a SS on the big school level. Our boys got alot of work to do to get back to the top of the heap again. Cant wait to see the new district. Amd Calallen in PL' get here early Uglycats
