His family is a big basketball family. He's been groomed to play basketball at the next level and I believe he will keep on as a basketball only kid. Can't really blame some. If you have a ticket, sometimes you have to give up other interests to keep that ticket. It could get taken away if something were to happen. And yes, he is a big strong kid. I have never seen someone his size with a shot as sweet and pure as his is. He can play any position on the court and be the best player at that position in any given game. There was a kid at FB's spring athletic banquet...tennis player....that was 6'3" and about 250...don't know how he landed in tennis instead of football...

Is he still at calhoun? It was my understanding that his family relocated to corpus amd he will be at Carroll?

Im good friends with him and his dad, he is in an AAU league from Corpus and they are pretty darn good. They had a tournament in College Station against some of the best high school AAU teams in TX and won every single game, taking home the championship. His dad also told me that they travel around the country competing against some of the top teams in the nation. At the College Station tourney there were several scouts from D1 schools there trying to get a sneak peak at the sophomores turning juniors for next season.

There is one kid from Seadrift that is supposed to be a really good addition. I don't have a name, but word is he's really good.
