This weeks Distrixt 13-5A-1 Schedule Thursday, 12 September Brazoswood @ Seguin, 7p Friday, 13 September Boerne Champion @ Laredo Alexander Pieper @ Davenport, 7p MacArthur @ Veterans Memorial, 7p Gregory-Portland @ Victoria East, 7p Del Rio @ New Braunfels, 7p Wagner @ San Marcos. 7:30p Smithson Valley @ Madison, 7:30p Last chance to clean stuff up before district play begins. Wagner, Seguin and Victoria East are trying to win their first games, good luck to them. Pieper and B-C are rolling and want to keep things humming. SV and NB looking for answers after tough weeks. I'll take Seguin to win their first this week with the other winners being Pieper, B-C, SV, NB, and Wagner. The MacArthur and Vic East games look like losses to me, even though their respective opponents haven't exactly hit it out of the park either. I'm not ready to write off VE this week. GP has not been good to date at all and are really struggling offensively. They only put up 6 points last week against L Alexander and the 40 they put up in week 1 was against Calallen who was in their 1st game under a brand new coaching staff and that defense looked God awful that week. I think the GP/VE game is a toss up and I'm going with VE since they are home in it. My picks this week: Seguin by 7 Champion by 11 Vets Mem by 7 VE by 3 NB by 10 Wagner by 122 SV by 24

Do you know if there is a Livestream for the Seguin game tonight? I believe it's at Brazoswood.

You should be able to at least see a replay of the game ( that's what I do with SV since they started to charge 10 bucks to watch live!)

No worries, the guys were doing pbp on the Dave Campbell's Texas high School football app. Heck of a come back by the Matadors. East and Seguin both got their first wins this week. Gives them both a little momentum going into next week's District opening match up!
