G-P needs to look for a new off. coord., i've seen pee-wee games that run more plays than that coach we have now. I think he needs to be running a different offense with the RB's GP has. Slot or wing T would be brutal.

I agree 100% I'm not a fan of whatever we have been running. The wing T with Bisby and the 2 Starcher boys would tough. Add a passing component and they would be very good. Right now we are maybe good for 1-2 rounds deep. Doubt we go any further. FB runs about 4 different sets of offense but that pistol takes a very mobile QB. One that can throw on the run etc. I know it may not be the in thing but running the wing T with the pistol could help GP. Give him time. Starting over with a new coach would be tough. In ten years or so FB had like 5 coaches then in 05 Andrus was made head coach. Your coach wants the best for GP. He's gotta see it for himself..... I honestly don't think we have the talent to run the type of offense we're running....we just don't have the WR's who are tall and can catch the ball. We have been a ground and pound type offense since 1969 and had been very successful doing it. I didn't really care for the wing T, but prefer the slot T and we seem better built for it.

It was Martin Dosett not Dorsett though... Martin was a great athlete overall, but one heck of a running back for sure.

Martin Dossett was a RB at G-P. We've had some good WRs, Darren James was really good catching passes from Mark James. Crosswhite, Brad Boenig, etc. We just never threw the ball enough. On this year's team, Cooks, Tanner, & Brandon are all good WRs. We just need to get them the ball more! Also, Erwin is good as it gets at WR. We need to use him there more!

Gp has the best back in the district and I think they can pound tm into submission.

Who was the QB during the Bush years? ? He threw the rock pretty good but GP had some of the worst records during that time??? Not his fault but the offense was different.

TM is good this year but imo, GP is doing a bit better. 41-22 GP... Best of luck and health to both programs!

My thoughts are G-P may not be very motivated this week and think T-M will be a pushover. I have to support my alma mater, but wish the Starcher boys more carries and an injury free game.

I'm with JD. GP should be favored in this game on general principle.
BUT, if TM were to show up and somehow stop Bisby (if Cal'd D couldn't I don't know who will) and GP has an off night in passing, an upset in this game is far from out of the question.
There is other talent in the GP stable, Erwin & Starchers to name a few, so it would be a long shot, but still possible.
In the end I don't see it happening though,.....
