Must be the heat ? Why can't we all just get along??? Have you gotten any Eagle Ford transfers in CPA? I bet Alice and Victoria cash in on a few...and maybe even those River Cats.

Who cares. Can he play? Yes? Cool! Yup! And if he's even 6', that is tall enough to play LB at the next level most likely if he's got the strength, speed, and nastiness to go along with it. Hope the young man get a good scholly for sure!

Bush ran that a lot in the early 90s Davis ran it alot out of the gun with Aj. You almost have to with both sides of the line your looking over are 6 footers and your qb is listed as 5'9. Maybe 5'9 with some steeltoes.. Never a naked boot.. Always pull a lineman to protect or keep that rb in.. It worked. Ask the 2010 wildcats.. I know c5 we r 1-17. Zebra

Regarding the height and weight of players, I always wondered why people would add 3 inches and 20lbs to most all their players, and then when you go to the games and see these players that are supposedly 6'4 280lbs they are more like 6'1 230. I had the pleasure to play against some pretty salty players back in the day ( Robert Strait no comment offered or needed ,Lamar Lathan who played @uh and had a long career with the Oilers and Carolina Panthers, Anthony Ray-probably a top 10 back of all time in Texas injured knee running track and never recovered, Micheal Bankston Sam Houston State and Arizona Cardinals a total beast of a DT) and numerous others that played D-1 ball, and I can tell you that I know what 6'2 and 230 looks like I also know what its like to get wiped out by a full grown man. I don't remember if you guys remember a beast of a DE and TE at Palacios Oscar Giles that guy looked like a NFL player at 16yo, strong and cat quick, needless to say I got my taste of big boy football and loved every minute of it!

BTW Oscar Giles played at UT and is currently the DE coach after a pro career with the Atlanta Falcons, man I miss the good old days!

I don't think much exaggeration is going on when we say 6'0"+ and 200+ on JW. I was standing next to him tonight. I am 5'10" and 180. And I can assure you he has me by at least 3". The kid is a rock and I would guess 215ish.
The better thing is Coach Whit had him playing LB in tonight's Spring Game. Man that is one big fast LB. The hard part will be to decide if you want him on Offense or Defense. Probably a lot of both. But, IMO, the star tonight was Trey Robinson. He played a lot of FB and he did not disappoint. He had a few bone head plays but looked like a good alternative at FB if Corey goes mostly at LB.
