I just watched this game and all I can say is.....wow! I think I found 2 teams with worse defenses than our Knights have! lol seguin averaged almost 10 yards per snap of the ball in this game. this is the kind of offensive game that Cochino would love

I just got done watching the SV coaches show. Coach Hill was extremely hoarse. A couple of possibilities: 1 - He caught a cold 2 - He has allergies 3 - He just got finished yelling about that Unsportsmanlike penalty in the Pieper game
No wrong answers...

Unfortunately, I will not be in attendance for the Wagner vs SV game tonight due to family stuff. I will have to watch the free version afterwards, as I refuse to pay more to watch on Youtube/Ranger Network than I would to sit at the 50 yardline in person!
Hopefully someone scores the game on MaxPreps - does anyone have any better ways of monitoring scores than MaxPreps or DCTF?

Wow I didn't know to watch it live on SV's youtube it cost that much? they do a great job with that channel and especially the games but dang. I've heard some of the premier parking spots right next to the stadium go for a pretty nice chunk each season as well! lol

Probably a lot more haves who pay $10 to watch a game or $20 to park per game. Of course, many are "haves" because they "have not" chosen to spend money on frivolous things!

A couple of good games last night, highlighted by the NB over BC battle and the SV comeback over Wagner. Pieper easily beat Seguin and Vic East shut out NacArthur.
I watched SV over Wagner and wasn't too impressed with the Rangers in the first half. The Offense played much better in the 2nd half.
I noticed a couple of starters who didn't play in the first half and who did in the second half. One starter from previous weeks didn't play at all. Not sure if this was disciplinary in nature or what.
I'll try to watch the NB vs BC game if it streamed - it looked interesting just following the scores - but it appeared that the Unicorns to control in the 2nd half.
That leaves Pieper and NB tried for first, with SV and Seguin tied for 2nd. Everyone else has 2 or more losses already. It appears that 4th place could have 3 losses and still qualify for the playoffs.

That’s where those 4th place teams will likely have less than 3 losses and tiebreakers become a factor. In districts where it’s pretty clear cut, those 4th place teams will usually have three losses.

Thanks for the link 210hc! Thanks from me as well! I just got done watching, very impressed with NB in the 2nd half. They looked like SV the previous 2 years with the big OLine just punishing the helpless Defense for the whole 2nd half. Namken reminds me of Spradling from SV when running the ball, but with better touch throwing it. NB defense got a little pressure on BC in the second half, and BC had a key drop on a deep shot that hurt them. Navarette can really throw the rock though!

I enjoy the commentary on the BC games! When I’m in the stands my fandom definitely creates tunnel vision. Tell me if this is what yall see:
- that qb. Give him any window and he’s gonna make the most out of it. SV and their advanced looks on D gave him trouble, other than that he’s money. OLine play is solid, the experience , 1 with 3 years and 2 with 2 years and that shows. RBs are healthy and have agility they didn’t have last year. There is talent at wr there just super young. We really miss the kid who’s playing safety at AM. The trust is growing…just need reps.
- the D. Uggg. The D line is just outmatched. It all starts there. I have some issue with the coaching realizing too late that they had kids in the wrong spots and moving players to positions they hadn’t played at the start of the year and not spring ball. The amount of returning letterman on D was less than 5. You’ll see more changes this vs Mac as we try to stop the bleeding.
Like I said, I’m a fan…none of this is objective, but curious what y’all see.

As if I didn't have enough to do at work and at home to get ready to leave to Boston Thursday I had another calf born yesterday and it spooked like a whitetail deer for some stupid reason and ran through a fence into a neighbors place. I spent 4 hours last night looking all over that place and didn't get it. I finally found it about 8am this morning and brought it back across. It is always something!!!

There is a player who walked on and has appeared in one blowout game on the 12th Man walk-on kick coverage. Champion won’t be a true threat to top 1 or 2 in the district until the get size. They have zero beef on the o-line or d-line. Not much size anywhere for that matter
