Looks like all the opinions are Cutter Stewart should have gone the route that GP quarterback Brandon Redden went. Lets make this interesting. What if Alice had gone 3 rounds in the playoffs are even made it to Jerry's World ?

Coach Tim Holt had a son that was running back and had appendectomy on Wednesday and played on Friday night.

Coach Matt Anastacio was hated because he applied for the GP job and the haters did not get the coach they wanted.

Coach Matt Anastacio was hated because he applied for the GP job and the haters did not get the coach they wanted. Nobody hated him. He left because he didn't develop talent and knew it was going to start showing itself which is why you had 5 years of no playoffs as soon as he left. He knew that was coming. He won the first few years off the previous coaches talent and culture.

I get that throwing for 10K for Cutter’s career vs Hidalgo was an amazing accomplishment for his career, I know that’s not the point of this story. The question is who the hell was RESPONSIBLE for letting Cutter suit up before his knee wasn’t even close to ready?? We saw that twice (especially the game that happened at Vets in Buc) if something serious had happened his career would’ve been over & that 10K wouldn’t happened.
This whole quarterback situation was a diabolical warpath, 2 of them quit (1 left the team before the season started & 1 quit after the Vets game, I don’t know why the coach let Cutter go back in which he had no business going in when the game was out of reach). Like I said if that injury happened somewhere during the season it would’ve been for good & his recruiting would’ve been flushed down the toilet.
Someone needed or take some damn ACCOUNTABILITY for this. It either has to be the parents or why I’m I even saying this or the man’s name that as LOST all credibility for the damage he’s done in his time in Alice if a situation would’ve happened to Cutter or maybe a lawsuit & it kinda feels like the Lance Harbor deal if you’d ask me.

So good that he took a DC job at a smaller school instead of having TONS of big time HC job offers!

Atwood is the HC/AD. How would his hands be tied unless it's from the super or school board. In that case any coach with an ounce of integrity would resign.

I remember a game I as at and it was about the 3rd game of the season and GP may have been playing Victoria West and they were big and GP had 165 lb defense lineman and they were giving their best but getting whipped in the line. i heard the guy in front of me comment, "It is the coaching". He meant Coach Matt Anastacio. I agree with his comment but disagree on what coach. Coach Anastacio was stuck with the same below average coach's from the previous administration. Most of them are finally gone now.

Not just my opinion that GP was light in the britches. GP poster after GP poster posted about the lack of side of GP.
