Typical come back. Let see if you can get this once and for all. The SEC teams traditionally start off high in all of these polls thanks to the media love from . FACT SEC Teams pump up their records with three or four easy wins. Hence the aggy schedule this year of Colorado, New Mexico, Kent State and PVAM. You all get 8 wins and it beat up on each other as ranked teams, then the media says "well they lost to a ranked team", so they won't move down much and you get to roll out look who A&M lost too. Then a Texas team beats a highly ranked UGA team, and you and your fellow aggy from Floresville says that doesn't count because they were butthurt from not being invited to the college playoff. The fact is the SEC has two teams that are worthy of being called top tier , year and year out this decade and that is UGA and Bama. And even UGA in 2016 scraped by a little known FCS team from Louisiana in Nichols State on their home turf! All of you ride Bamas jock and you know it! YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS! Here is a FACT for ya bro that maybe can make you understand why the SEC gets love in the media and in the polls. 60% of the last 20 National Championships belong to the SEClmao like what, 95% of those are Alabama? Stop it.

Alabama and Ohio St have to be relevant and winning national titles to be where they are at on that list. Texas is #1 without even winning a conference title in yeeeeaaaaaarrrrrssss. Does it hurt?

Let's take a moment to sympathize with our aGgy friends. They are having to come to the realization that their annual 8-5'ish records are now gonna be 6-7'ish records.

It's the bottom line that nags at ags and keeps UT living rent free in their heads otherwise they wouldn't be preoccupied with whatever UT was doing or not doing. I don't really care I just find it amusing. As far as being a college sports fan I follow Navy and TCU. How many aggys do you know who kept or even added a "Saw'em off sticker" on their vehicle the last 10 years who said they "the moved on" and didn't necessarily what the rivalry to be renewed? It i had $5 for every aggy I heard or say something on social media say almost exactly that. That's why many of them burst out in temper tantrums last week. Exposed as the real crybabies after years of making Texas the villan! I nor anyone in my family has ever had one and that includes my daughter and many cousin's that have graduated from A&M. One has been a professor there for nearly 30 years and he doesn't have one or any of his 4 kids or wife. My point is for every one of those stupid stickers seen there are hundreds of A&M fans and alumni that don't go down that path at all. Just as in politics where you have a few on each side that go too far right and too far left you have this as fans, and that doesn't just belong to A&M and you know that because there are plenty of UT fans that do the same kinda chit. And whether you want to admit it or not UT has the biggest portion of the equation that has sent the Big12 into a downward spiral and now they are jumping ship to do what? Follow little ol' A&M. lmfao

The Longhorns were so petty and weak they had to sue the company that made the saw'em off stickers and forced them to stop printing them. Also, you guys cant even handed a horns down that you forced officials to make it a personal foul if an opponent did the hand gesture. But doing a hook'em to the opponents is not a foul, go figure.

No doubt The SEC is a cakewalk compared to that monstrous big12 schedule UT has been playing. You do realize UT has struggled, barely being over .500 against Baylor, WV, & Kansas St, right? Or that the last 10 years they've gone 4-6 against OK ST, 2-7 against TCU, & 3-8 against blOwU! Glad you think A&M is not as good as these teams. You are fixin' to get a very, very rude awakening.

So says the fan of the school who got their panties in wad about the 12th man with Seattle. And it's a fricken myth the Longhorns are behind the Horns down thing... If anything it should be encouraged it because I've seen players and fans start doing it and then end up looking like premature fools because the Horns rally and win. There is absolutely no proof Texas has asked for this. Big 12 Refs are not fans of UT. The Rig 12 game in 2015 against Okie State is example one of the crap officiating in this conference that will not be missed! www.youtube.com/watch?v=4O1ixTUGQ2w

Please show me proof after Bama, UGA, and LSU, the quality of teams save maybe Vandy and Arkansas are any better or worse than Baylor, TCU, KState, Iowa State, and Tech. On balance and not a particular year. There just isn't overwhelming proof that you take Ole Miss or aggy and put them in the Big 12 the last 10 years, they would run rough shot over anyone. NONE! And again as Chino and I have pointed out, you all get to point to the rankings and all that stuff and make believe you have a 12 weeks of hell because beating a ranked team as a ranked team allows the teams to keep their rankings. So you have a 8-3 SEC team that is allowed to be ranked higher at times vs 9-2 team from another conference. But then Texas shows up and beats UGA and excuses are made for them....

I'm glad Texas is leaving.... They and OU have carried the Rig 12 long enough and begged for the other schools to look for expansion opportunities and they refuse to budge. There are PAC 12 and ACC members who would have moved to the Big 12, but nothing bold was coming from front office to move the needle.

ROFLMAO You're too smart to act like you don't realize the advantages that have been created for recruiting at UT with the now SEC brand. Texas already mostly gets top 10 recruiting classes. They're now gonna be fighting annually for that #1 spot. And you're too smart to realize that your Aggies did nothing to improve with that SEC brand other than improve the money value of the program. You're still an average program on the football field despite having that SEC brand to help you for an entire decade.

So, Calallen is ranked in the top 10 and loses a good tight game to another top 10 team. Should they drop in the rankings for losing that game? And if you think that is an excuse for Georgia that game it is not. It was pretty damn obvious to me they didn't seem to motivated to play. So, since TX took care of them then there is no doubt they would have easily handled Alabama as well since Georgia had only lost to them by 1 in the SEC title game.....right?
