Will the SEC accept these two teams? I know OU deserves the recognition but UT hasn't done much in football.

Yeah, you're right king. UT hasn't done much at all
#4 all time in wins with 923 #7 all time winning percentage at 70.4% #4 all time in bowl wins with 31 32 conference championships 4 national championships
Yeah, not much at all in football And they only average 100k or so in attendance per game

Will the SEC accept these two teams? I know OU deserves the recognition but UT hasn't done much in football. I'll make you a bet King... UT wins the SEC before aggy and this despite having a 10 year head start. The aggy tears about this is glorious..... I think I wasted a good workday just reading the bellyaching and -itching about it on different boards and Twitter feeds. And of course my aggy friends on Facebook. The funniest thing that came out this morning is the SEC went to the table with Ousux and UT and kept in secret from aggy... That should tell you how much the SEC sees aggy as value to their brand. If aggy is butthurt, I hear the Big12 is looking for members....

And I wouldn't have put TU here except for the fact that you started it with the 'aggy' thing. What I find funny is UT's ego has now come back to hurt them but you are most others will not admit it. I guess that Longhorn Network didn't end up being the greatest thing since sliced bread after all. And, if you couldn't win the big 12-2 last year with the youngest blOwU team in MANY MANY years, what makes you think you are going to win the SEC any time soon? Is it because you have a former Tide coach now? Until UT players can get rid of their egos and start playing up to their born talent and with some cajones, they aint winning the SEC any time soon. The days of playing 6 or 7 patsies and 1 or 2 good teams are over and the toll of playing 6 or 7 good teams in conference is going to be a hell of a lot tougher than TT, Baylor, TCU, etc!

Nothing like getting a divorce than 10 years later your B!@#$ ex-wife moves in next door with her new husband and they now work at the same place as you cause they can't deal with the new problems they created during that last decade.

I agree the LHN has been a less than a stellar success. The new AD who got the jump after the Herman got hired has changed the culture.... Notice how fast he got rid of Herman right after the Alamo Bowl and he came very close to cutting the cord with him last season, but decided to give him another year with some coaching changes. And really it probably worked out for the best due to Covid for which bringing in a new coach during the spring of last year would have been chaos on steroids. Look how bad Mississppi State crashed and burned last fall with their coaching change. I think Leach will have them in a much better place this year. About schedules. Come on man. This has been my major gripe about the SEC to this point and how they like to thump their chests about being a tough game week after week. The SEC to this point and ever since aggy joined the league had three teams that were consistent games where most teams going in the game were underdogs. This would be Bama, LSU (despite a dip last season) and UGA. Auburn and Florida are a roller coaster. Ole Miss, South Carolina, Miss State, Mizzou and aggy are not more powerful than say an Okie State or TCU in the Big 12. And then you have the bottom feeders of the past few years such as Tennessee, Vandy and Arkansas. Oh and Kentucky.... a .500 club. So while you say the Big 12 is full a patsies, the SEC is not too far behind. This is on top of how the SEC encourages their schools to craft their non conference matchups. Each school gets four. Most will schedule one power team and the other three games against the likes of ACU, Tarleton and the Texas School for the Drum Majors and Twirlers. LMAO!

It's crap like the aTm childish insanity level jealousy of UT that keeps we from ever fully being a fan. tu this and nonsense that just turns me off. I'm sure they will survive without my approval but they just seem to beg to be made fun of and not to be taken seriously. Just be who you are and forget UT. SMH

Exactly right but no self respecting TU fan will admit it. They will just cry about aTm baling out and going to a better conference for 10 seasons and then when their plan collapses follow aTm. lmfao

I have some really prime land at a great price if you are interested. ' lol

SMH A&M wants to be the only Texas school in the SEC. And people in HELL want Ice Water. Aggies have always been UT's baby Brother. That's the way it has been forever, That's how it is today and that's how it will always be as long as A&M keeps looking over the fence to see and wonder what the Horns are doing. And from Living here in CS. I can say that will not change in the foreseeable future. Try to have a Conversation about A&M with A maroon Clad Aggie fan here in College Station and less that 5 minutes THEY WILL BRING UP THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS. It's all good though. Oklahoma does exactly the same thing.

They kept on and on about how evil UT was for making them tale their toys and run to the SEC. Then putting this SEC country billboards all over Austin and Central Texas trying to rub it in.... LMAO off. I want to see the Longhorns put up signs in and around College Station and Houston with the same sign and then stamped "EXPIRED" or "Annexed" in burnt orange on it.
