Forecast is calling for some good rains Friday and Saturday so you better get out and watch the Thursday games. I really want the rain, but I really want the kids to play some ball. I thought Calallen would have a domed stadium by now? WTH CB25?

Really the weather has been horrible this baseball season vs the last one. If the forecast works out as they think, this would be forth weekend where games have been lost to weather. Last weekend we got a break.

yea looks like rain might mess with the friday and saturday games. Last two days off til June so hoping i get to see some games on Thursday and Friday.
I'll be seeing games all day on thursday, starting with the Flour Bluff vs Sinton game.

I think we will throw Carter at Sinton since he hasn't seen the mound in well over a week and since the rest of the games might get rained out.

Play the damn games....................
Unless their is lightening in the area!
This is one of the few things I've hated about baseball..................
it's too wet so we can't play. WTH??? suit up and play the damn ball game. Both teams have to deal with the elements, don't they?

not sure who Sinton will use. Gallegos and Lopez both need mound time as they haven't been used only once this season. Not sure if transfer from Taft is eligible yet, Sinton could use his bat in the lineup and on the mound.
soph Trey Burk has looked good in one start and one relief appearance and my guess might get a start on thursday either against FB or GP.

I hope they throw Donnie at us so we can see his hook. It will be good practice before district starts. I've seen Trey pitch alot, but don't think I've seen Gallegos or Nedbalek? Trey used to be the biggest kid on the field back when the kids were 10-12...he was a force.

You guys who don't see a problem with playing in the rain never had a 90 plus mph fastball stuck in your ear because the ball was slick and wet.
