Of course they would compete at 5aII because that’s where the should already be. They would compete with some teams in 5a1. However 5a1 is significantly tougher than 5aII, by a lot. With the recruiting BHS is doing they will be able to complete with anyone. They’d beat CCVets like a drum and then some. But College Station is no Chappel Hill and that matchup would be much tougher. BHS didn’t play CCVets this year.

I don’t know man. This Boerne team might just match up with them. They are dominating the R3 rep and we all know that’s not a regular occurring thing. Chappel Hill had a 5 hour drive and had 1 of their busses break down. Not exactly an ideal situation for them. I can agree with you on this situation. 5 hour drive to the San Antonio (Alamodome) & one of them busses get break down …. Tough situation

Boerne has turned the ball over three times and CH has zero points to show for it. Boerne is playing ok on D, but CH runs the same play inside the Boerne five with a direct snap to a linemen and it’s fumbled both time with Boerne recovering the second one . Just stupid play calling. CH QB has missed a whole bunch on his passes. Maybe the 5 hour road trip got to them? Bus ride had nothing to do with it. Greyhounds DOMINATED them start to finish. Boerne has a complete team and has gotten better and better as the playoffs have gone on. After that Flour Bluff game? Everything did & that showed one was the G-P game when they took them to the woodshed & this is most explosive team we’ve seen out of Boerne in a long time

CH was the worst coached team I ever recall this late in the playoffs. And….I have to add, Boerne should be 5a It showed last night & the discipline just wasn’t there last night & as for Boerne should be in a 5A? We’ll have to see till come the next realignment

After being stopped by Andrew Body in Miller 2 years ago, LBJ taking them to the woodshed last year. Them Greyhounds stamped their ticket to JerryWorld. The 1st half looked concerning from them despite turnovers, I thought Chapel Hill was gonna give them fits but never took advantage of the opportunities especially the red zone they try to direct snap to 57 the snap was high and a couple of plays later they fumbled …. Silly mistake. The 2nd half it was all Boerne & they earned that right to go to Arlington for the Class 4A DI Title

As I said, they should already be 5a if not for this manipulation.

I’m gonna stay away from the 4A/5A thing because I’m not from there and don’t know that for a fact. And I don’t wanna sound like a whiny b after they smoked my team. But I’d bet money that Boerne would win Region IV in both 5A divisions. Of course they would compete at 5aII because that’s where the should already be. They would compete with some teams in 5a1. However 5a1 is significantly tougher than 5aII, by a lot. With the recruiting BHS is doing they will be able to complete with anyone. Anyone? Nah There are plenty of 6a teams that would paste them badly.
