I don’t know man. This Boerne team might just match up with them. They are dominating the R3 rep and we all know that’s not a regular occurring thing. Chappel Hill had a 5 hour drive and had 1 of their busses break down. Not exactly an ideal situation for them. Agreed that had to have sucked. Any team that has to travel far is at a disadvantage. But clear to me Boerne is the better squad. I think they will make it interesting next week.

Their bus isn’t the only thing that broke down for Chapel Hill. They play a undisciplined offensive game. Numerous times their recievers quit on their routes and Boerne intercepted the pass. That speed everyone talked about must of stayed on the bus. And yes CH just flat out got out coached and got beat by a better team. Again the game wasn’t even over and her comes that speed kills BullChit. Playing great defense and getting after their a$$es wins championships. What’s the deal with purple?

Boerne has turned the ball over three times and CH has zero points to show for it. Boerne is playing ok on D, but CH runs the same play inside the Boerne five with a direct snap to a linemen and it’s fumbled both time with Boerne recovering the second one . Just stupid play calling. CH QB has missed a whole bunch on his passes. Maybe the 5 hour road trip got to them? Bus ride had nothing to do with it. Greyhounds DOMINATED them start to finish. Boerne has a complete team and has gotten better and better as the playoffs have gone on.

That road trip had to take a small toll and I’m glad they had to make it because they get a taste what our teams from SA down south have to endure if they make it to Jerryworld. And because Region IiI basically stretches to Texarkana, whomever wins Region 4 next year should do it again if they win the flip. I’d make them travel to Laredo. Lmao! Having said that and I’ll agree with Bluecat. They were largely undisciplined and their offense was not too creative along with some boneheaded play calling. They reminded me of CC Miller. Sling it around, but get hit in the mouth and have some things go against them and they fell apart. I was unimpressed and give Boerne credit for having a lot to do with it. Alice, Calallen and Davenport beat that team that was on the field tonight too. Somerset gives them hell. Laugh if you will ,I think I’m right with that assessment.

I told someone that Calallen and Alice could absolutely play with Chapel Hill. There was zero about CH that impressed me for a team in the semi finals. Boerne was simply better in every aspect of the game, and honestly, CH wasn’t even close to being even with them in any aspect.

The HC at Chappel hill was at Crosby before taking that job. Very similar to what happened to Crosby in the playoffs before he left. Just tells me it's not the players.

And I don’t wanna sound like a whiny b after they smoked my team. But I’d bet money that Boerne would win Region IV in both 5A divisions.

Fair Oaks will have their own high school by 2028 if the taxpayers in Boerne ISD don’t stop rubber stamping every city, county and school bond. Taxes are ridiculous here.

The HC at Crosby now is the ex OC from CC Vets and he’s doing pretty good so far.

Of course they would compete at 5aII because that’s where the should already be. They would compete with some teams in 5a1. However 5a1 is significantly tougher than 5aII, by a lot. With the recruiting BHS is doing they will be able to complete with anyone.

But College Station is no Chappel Hill and that matchup would be much tougher.
