There are those that say Miller will reload without BODY. So Why can't Calhoun reload without Stewart and Johnson. And Yes the Calhoun Defense needs to be much much better than the last several years. No telling what may change with a new DC. Because Miller still brings back 9/8. Calhoun brings back next to nothing. You can let go of Evans Nuts now.

I'm gonna agree with Chino here. Miller Brings back a lot. No doubt losing Body hurts, but they're bringing back a lot on both sides of the ball. They may not be as good offensively, but the defense should be improved.
I'm not discounting PLC, because they've been consistent since Whitaker has been there.

Calhoun brings back more than people are thinking. Everyone was focused on Johnson and Stewart. There are a number of good players coming back. And with the number of underclassmen being brought up they should have more experience returning over the next couple years as well.

Well in all fairness DCTF prints what the AD/District turns in for the magazine. So maybe Whit is very conservative on what he shares? Just a possibility.

These magazines aren't always accurate.

These magazines aren't always accurate. In Starters it may be accurate. But from watching Calhoun up until 2019 Whit always has subbed in players all over the field all season long. So even if a kid wasn't a "starter" there will be a bunch that saw significant playing time. And Those are not listed in the magazine.

Calhoun travels to Geronimo Navarro for a Week 1 matchup of 4A teams. This will tell me a lot about how well Calhoun can rebound from the graduation losses. Excited to hear about how well the young (SOPHS) play. There seems to be more on the Varsity than in years past.
