Looks as if no one north of Rockport will get any rain out of this thing! Ouch it's gonna stay really hot and really dry for 2-a-days. We'll be lucky to get an inch of rain in Corpus. And as dry as it's been, I'll be watering my lawn again on Monday even if we do get an inch today.

Looks like no hurricane...winds will top at high 60's maybe up to 70. I'm an optimist about the projected path though and there is one model that sends it right up through Duval County! I'm hanging my hat on that one. Your ranch is gonna get a soaking!!! I'm very happy for you. Too bad it didn't come sooner during the antler growing 'season'. Dangit! I just double checked and the total I've had this year is 5.65". That is as bad as I can ever remember. The latest track has it headed just south of the middle of Duval and we are right in the center. It is on path to go over Anonymities place as well...Thanks clem...we have had less than 5" of rain this year...

STFF...we should still get some high winds and high tide though, right? Nothing higher than what we have to deal with while playing baseball in late March and April out at Oil Belt or the SE facing center field over at TM! Other than that..... Surfs UP!

I live in PLC and I believe I counted 10 drops of rain on the car. Hope you guys in CC got more. That was definitely a dud.

Wow, that was a hell of a storm! Not a damn drop of rain in St Hedwig! I looked on one site today that shows precip for the previous 24 hours. It looks like only one small area around Brownsville got more then 1" of rain! most of S TX looked to have far less then 1/2"
