Sinton might not have the seating for Moody fans, Calallen will take up most of it. Unless they want to use the grass hill as seating. Looks like Cabaniss field or Robstown high school the ones with enough seating.

The Hooks start a home stand on Thursday. The only way I see it being played at the Burger is if we play in the afternoon like a 3PM start. But then I thought I heard someone say Texas League rules forbid the use of a field before a their scheduled games. It seems to me the Ryan group "should" have enough pull with the Texas league honchos to grant a waiver for this matchup as it's as unique as it gets anywhere in the state and maybe the nation for that matter.
I just hope if we play at the Burger we are able to buy tickets online and the Hooks organization is in charge of operations of when the gates open, etc. Last time we played, it was a mess because I think the CCISD was in charge for game one.

if its like the past few years it would be hard to fit almost 10,000 fans in a high school field....but i do like gpking's idea...i havent seen sintons field in a long time and its really nice....i still think calallen is going to take it their pitching is just to dominating right now.....i think itll be a dam good series

the soccer team torn fair grounds field up pretty bad from what i hear and prob. dont have the money to fix it ...such a shame and a waste of a field cause its really nice there should be more baseball games there to show case it ...i know all high school teams would love to play there i wish when i was in school instead of playing against calallen and cabniess field back then that was the best lol

Why not play in Alice? neutral field that both team know... I don't see Cal agreeing on Cab, pretty much a home field for Moody... Sinton would work but don't think Moody would agree to that.. Alice makes sense

Let's just hope Moody doesn't want a 1-gamer. If Corky wins the flip for a 1-gamer, it should be on the condition the game is played at Calallen.

lol both teams hate our field ... AND THAT they would agree about lol... one thing about cab. is that calallen likes that field and can diff. make some noise with the long ball there so i could go just go home and home or just cab. but one thing is for sure is that no matter WHERE they play the fans will be there .... thats one thing about both teams .... and its great to know that we will have a team for sure representing the coastal bend at state and our district.... it show just how hard 31 4a is ... at least with baseball
