T-M is going in undefeated at 5-0. That might make them the favorite, but they threw their ace Ryan Skoruppa 7 innings Tuesday night in their win against R-F. R-F countered with it's ace Rex Hoyt but pulled him after 5 IP and he had 8 K's. We'll prolly see both these kids late in the tourney. Robstown's ace Trey Leal has had some good outings. G-P will battle and be playing on it's home turf. Looks to be an evenly matched tourney.

I'll take a Robstown/TM 1-2 finish. I think TM is better than most give them credit for but will lose to Robstown simply because they don't mentally know how to beat them.

They do have an older brother Arthur, but his kids are much older. That is a good family. They even had a skoruppa in the 90's that played soccer for GP... but I know Glenn has a son who'd be close to high school age by now. I hope the kid does well.

Got to see a few games today.
G-P and looked good with Travis Geiser pitching.
Robstown looked good and their Sr. Matt Lara led the way with a HR and a complete game.
Rockport didn't show much except for Rex Hoyt and Austin Gibson racking the fences in Game 1 vs. Moody and Hoyt just missing a HR in the Robstown game.
T-M TCB, that's why they are undefeated.
