I really like the idea of Aledo region 2! Gives new life to all those region 1 teams. It would be good to see who is the best with Aledo out of the way.

I may be biased, but I think (in this scenario) that Region III is the toughest Region... and IMO, 5a DI District 12 looks to be one of the toughest from top to bottom... as I said previously on a different thread, There will be multiple very good teams in this District sitting at home during the playoffs that would probably make it several rounds deep as well!

This is the thread for my mocks. I will update as I go. 6A: 2170+ 5A Division 1: 1790-2169 5A Division 2: 1155-1789 So Aledo only gets 1 non district game.... hmmm... Lets go Southlake!

However, as a region overall, I still think I would rank D9-12 over D5-8, D1-4, & D13-16.

I really like seeing the maps. It looks to me that Ft. Bend Hightower should opt up to 6A and stay with the same Ft. Bend teams they have been playing, none of which are that much bigger than they are. I also see that there's a good chance that FB Willowridge and Marshall won't opt up and stay D2 as I don't see any good reason not to do so and they could be grouped with Houston ISD D2'S. This would be good news for LCISD schools as they wouldn't have to travel so far.
