Rivalry week. Hounds on the road after a final home win over Somerset, 31-7. Fredericksburg won 42-0 over JFK. Anything usually can happen in big rivalry games, but it’ll be a tall task for the Billies to knock off #1.
Thinking this one goes ugly as Boerne will clean up the mistakes and penalties against Somerset and win 42-3.

Rivalry or not, Billies aren't hanging around with Boerne.
Hounds by 35+ and likely more unless staff pulls starters early to rest for up coming playoffs

Boerne big in this one. When Tivy played Fredericksburg early in the year their QB was injured in the game and they couldn't do anything after that. Not sure if he is back playing but kid was a pretty good player.

Yeah the Billies are down this year overall, but their comeback at Somerset was big, followed by a loss to Uvalde. They also gave historically bad Marble Falls their only win this season. Boerne will probably look to control the ground and throw high percentage completions again to shorten the game.

T.J. Dement didn’t suit up for Boerne tonight, probably still nursing that lower leg injury from Somerset. Boerne rolling 30-0 at halftime, another game, another pick 6 called back for a hold. Just can’t get those 100% this year.

47-7 Boerne Final
Both QBs looked good, but man…..I know Jaxon Baize is the Junior and the started but Hank Hendrix throws a pretty ball and has an effortless look to deep balls. The ball just pops out of his hand in that 20-40 yard range and I think it fools defenders who are looking short when he just tosses it and it goes 30+. I think we see them both in the playoffs.
Hope TJ Dement gets rested and healed up, I doubt the Hounds face much of a threat in the first two rounds.

Two really freaking good QB’s that would start on any team any day.

If he has receivers that run good routes, get open and catch the ball, he will be all state in any division. Definitely a pocket passer, doesn’t have a lot of size or speed yet. Dude is still 14 years old I believe, so he will get there.
