Odem is in 3A-DII and I expect they will be 3A-DI or 4A-DII in next realignment. They are building new houses on both sides of town.

So 3A-1 is possible but 71 students is a lot for small schools in two years IMO. May take A little longer than 1 realignment for D1.

There are new homes in the housing build on the west side of Odem and new ones on the east side and as you drive through Odem, there are new ones scattered through the North side near the HS. Many have been built over the last few years. If there are two in each new house, they will easily pass 70 or 80 students. That steel plant employs a lot of people and there is a large number of small supply company’s built next to the steel plant. It may get interesting. Calallen is gaining some.

IF they have 2 in each house. But if it is mostly family's with young children then it will be awhile.
