Greyson Beauregard is number 5. Heck of a player and RB. If he gets by you he's gone and he always finishes the run. He had wheels...our #25 was the only horse we had. #25 good scoot and #33 was a tough runner...the line wasn't bad either...

With your son & Greyson coming up, the future looks bright for the Bluff. You'll also have a freshman kid that ran track in 8th grade last year that blew away my son in the 100 meter. I heard he was a good RB too. I believe his name was Tommy Martin. Is he playing football too?

The game announcer kept calling the name of one of the guys who got moved up to the varsity and wasn't there. Poor kid that took his number was playing his butt off getting in on play after play and they kept calling the wrong name. Someone screwed up and didn't update the roster they gave the announcer. Oh well, the coaches and parents knew who it really was.

Thanks 81...your son on varsity is a hoss....haven't seen the younger one, but I wouldn't want to meet the older one head on!! In all fairness to your younger son, Tommy should be a grade older...he is still fast, but that makes a difference at that age.

My son is definitely his own self...lol. Once football is over, I try to get him in baseball mode and he says hunting season took the place of basketball after junior high...lol. He was good for 5 assists and 5 fouls in basketball!! He was moved up to varsity for the playoffs last year, so maybe this year he will have a different outlook. He told his mom he wanted to live at the ranch and go to A&M Kingsville and walk on to one of the sports...lol, she wasn't happy....I was though! She was thinking furhter nother...I could get a lot of mileage out of that!! Now with CFWB's son there and him being friends...I think it is imminent!

Sounds like a good plan! Plus keeps him out of the laws way and its quiet when he needs to study!

Yeah, my younger one is completely opposite of his brother, thin & lanky. Pretty fast though. He came in first in all of the jr. high track meets until he ran into Mr. Martin. He just couldn't believe how fast that kid was in jr. high. I think some of his 100-meter times beat the varsity times last year. Thanks about my older son. He pretty much knows his role in this offense. Not getting to carry the ball as much as he's used to. It will be a fun 3-4 years watching our boys play. Hopefully, we'll get put back in the same district next year and get to watch them perform against each other.

I also like his basketball skills!!!! Nobody, NOBODY came into my paint and got a 'free' basket! They all were worth a trip to the foul line and a damn big lump somwhere on them!!!! Sounds to me like both FB and GP are headed in the right direction for sure. In the very near future there could be 4 teams down on the CB that are going to be 'players' every year in who gets out of R4!
