Calallen always reloads but I am glad those three anchors they had on defense graduated they will be hard to replace but I expect Calalllen to be tough as usual. I think Calhoun has a possibility of being better then they where last year will see it’s a tough district and every game will be tough. I will just say there is more from where they came from. Yep - more waiting in the wings. Coaches seem very excited about this year. Talent and strength looks good but mostly they are impressed with the team chemistry and accountability for each other.

I will just say there is more from where they came from. Well butter my biscuit. You don't say Calallen has more "move ins" who would have thunk it? At least with Miller in district it will be a contest on who gets the most move ins. None for athletics you understand. Now what to do about the Corpus officials? No issue with Corpus Christi officials. Most of the move-ins save one are from out of state with parents relocating here to work for the pipeline and one a new Regional Manager for Lowe’s. It’s not like they are all just switching local schools.

That core group from middle school up is what they have to work with.

More along the lines we had a very good Freshmen team last season. Kind of remind me of the kids who made up the bulk of the 2016 State finals team.

His dad has been shopping schools since he was 7th grade. He is a good kid with a kind heart.

This tall kid GP lost to Sinton should go out for basketball. He might be baseball only. I set next to him at a Volleyball game. He had on a Cowboy hat that made him look even taller. I think he is 6 ft 3 in. And Sintonfan May know more about him.
