Congratulations to the Calallen JV. They beat Calhoun JV 20-6. The kids looked good. That #12 for Calallen is a stud. A normal first game with a lot of errors by both sides, though. Hope #66 is not hurt seriously. Looked like he may have strained his knee. He was putting weight on it, so hopefully not serious.

Sounds like a good game. Was #12 their QB? I wonder if it was the kid that transferred from T-M?

#12 is a kid named JD. He moved in from England a few years ago, played rugby over there.
The TM transfer is #1 on the field. We had a good game just need to work a few things out. The biggest issue is we need to work on holding on to the ball.

Yeah, both teams had 3 or 4 TO's. I was having a hard time figuring out whether that #12 was a better RB or LB. He, IMO, was the stud on the field last night. #5 did a good job with the option, but #12 was a lot tougher kid to bring down.

FB JV has a 10:30 am game on Saturday against King and are excited to see how they stack up.
