I saw that on Twitter last night. I would consider that a big step for Jimmy Mitchell. Beeville left to find an AD/HFC so late in the year, as if Beeville needs anymore struggles.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using proboards Some of the locals and Mitchell never saw things the same way. Mitchell brought in his spread offense that never really caught on at Beeville and the post Sosa locals wanted the Slot T back in Beeville. Guess some things never change? Its a big move for Mitchell to go from 4A up to 6A and in a competitive district as well.

Coach Mitchell did a very good job when he was at Sinton and the players had to work hard. GP lost to him when GP played Sinton and GP was shut out in one game and he moved to Sealey. He was a finalist for the Odessa Broncho job.

Hesseltine has put in for every local HC job opening but no luck yet. its to bad, Graig Hesseltine is a very good coach and where ever he lands they will be getting a really good coach....he will make an instant turn around. one of the best coaches to come through Ingleside and i give him full credit for putting ingleside back on the map as a small town football power even if we had 2 bad seasons these last 2 years. good luck Coach Hesseltine.

Yup, I bet Heseltine puts in for the Orange Grove job. Hesseltine has put in for every local HC job opening but no luck yet. He was being considered being added to Sinton coaching staff, it just didn't happen most likely due to no spot for him at the time and spot maybe already taken when one does open up to somebody else. Hesseltine will make a good fit in OG as they'll keep the wide open attack OG runs.
