Using the MaxPreps Computer Rankings formula, we have compiled which districts and leagues are full of the toughest teams.

By taking the average rating of each team, we have come up with an overall number that sums up the district's strength.

I cannot believe 4 5a made this list because outside of Carroll, Fossil Ridge, & NW, this district is BAD. Carroll is great and FR and NW are not much above average for 5a ball IMO.

That is all about Southlake Carroll. You know the DFW bias they get. They had to be on this list somewhere. Notice no Region III districts listed. Region IV for 5A & 4A District 25 are indeed the toughest districts in Region IV.
