Depends on the tattoo, if it represent a brother who fought and died in aphganistan or Iraq, or any other war, no harm no foul, if it represent ms13 then maybe it should be covered, and the kid should be booted off the team.
This is not a yes or no answer. It depends on the socially acceptable level of the tatt.

This is not a yes or no answer. It depends on the socially acceptable level of the tatt. Yea cause kicking a ganster off a team always fixes the problem for that kid. I'm not gonna get into tthat aspect or it. But no. No tat n idc what they are for should be visibile for any high school football player. This can't be a "well if its for this then its okay" their can't be a silver lining to which one is more acceptable then th e other based on one persons opinion. Cut the problem and say none. Cover them with lng sleeve under armour. A kid shouldn't have one to begin with. Any respectable tattoo artist will argue against kids gettin tatted up. I'd define a kid as 18 and under. Still in school While tattoos are more socially acceptable now and reallynwithin the past few years. But beings they are still kids and representing a corporate group of ppl ( not corporate in the literal sense) but a group of ppl IE community. .

Come on 04, it was an example, ms13 crew is nothing to play around with. If it's a local thug and he is thriving in a situation where team sports are his family, let the kid play, but cover the tatt. You may be right, cover them all, but i stil think it's not a yeas and no issue. Ms13 isn't anything to play with. Around here we got a lot of MFafia losers. Idiots. I just think it can't be a rubber issue. Leaves too much open to interprutation.

Don't think high school kids should even have tattoos. Know they do so cover them up while at school and on the field, court ect. I have one myself but I was 40 when I got it and a lot of thought went into it.

If the kid is 18 I say let him. If he can die for his country he should be able to get a tat. But before cover it up.

Yeah, the tats really bother me, especially on young kids. At the Coyote camp, I noticed a couple of kids that couldn't be mote than 14 years old sporting tats.

Would I let my son? Hell no, I'd give him corporal, home lockdown and any other punishment I can think of. After he graduated well it be a different story. Now as far as other people's kids well none of my business. Mind you most of the paint these kids get these days are tribal art and things like that. U don't find it intimidating but maybe a high school kid whose a little green might think twice about running into a 6'4 260 pound DL with flames down his arm yelling "I'm gonna f you up all game".. Anyone see that? Lol

Yep, I know a lot of the Alice peeps don't want to hear that we have problems here. My wife taught school here for 12 years until she had enough. I can't count all the troublemakers she had. Just one example: She had a kid that threatened to kill her when the time was right. She sent him to the office, and was scolded by the principal on why she sent him to the office. Come to find out, this kid had 96!!! YES 96 office requests for bad behavior. The problem with A.I.S.D, is that they cover up for the bad kids. They don't want to admit that there is a problem. Having said that, there are a lot of good kids here, but the few bad apples aren't dealt with, thus, the parents who care about their kids send them elsewhere. My wife would try to contact the kids who were making failing grades via phone call. Sometimes, she would make contact with a parent. Sometimes they were receptive, and other time they were down right belligerent. When she couldn't make contact via phone, she went to their house. Many of those kids were raised in one parent homes, with druggies as their parent, who simply didn't give a damn.

It's not just Alice, unfortunately it's getting more wide spread as cuts in education deepen.

It's not just Alice, unfortunately it's getting more wide spread as cuts in education deepen. It has been going on here for quite some time. Hopefully with the new supt., she may be able to right the ship.
