If his knee were an issue. He would not be playing at all. That being said his knee holds up he couldreally set some rushing records this year. Atleast for calhoun

4.6 speed. Weighing 220. With power, strength, oh btw he broke 5 helmets last year! I don't know a kid in the state who wants to tackle that. I don't think anyone can tackle him one on one. Prove me wrong! I hate to overstate the obvious. But track speed and football speed are two completely different things. When a Calhoun linebacker caught Bisby after he had a5 yard head start, i knew there were speed issues. This linebacker is not known for his speed either. the kid is a talent. Very RAW. He knows one or two things, run over and run hard. He has not exactly played top caliber defenses. When he did, GP was shut down, and example of that was the game with Calhoun last year. The Calhoun game plan was to force Bisby to the edges. Now he got yards, but did not score a touch down. That game is a microcosm on what wrong with GP right now. All calhoun did was play Bisby ball. Never went for the fakes. Just played Bisby. That game was a blow out. Man I hate agreeing with ole Purpcrab, but he is right. If GP plays Bisbyball they will struggle. I think Tanner Geiser has the ability to stretch the field, and Steven Starcher has some speed which never hurts, but if it turns into give Bisby the ball 30 times a game I'm thinking most D's will key on him and that will be that.

I guarantee bisby will get at least 25 carries a game.

Bisby is a great back. I wonder if he would be a better linebacker then RB on the college level

I love that highlight! It shows my 3 favorite G-P running backs of all-time: Bisby, R. Starcher, & S. Starcher! Thanks King!

OK.......after watching that all I'm gonna say is that TM was as far from SOLID on D as anything I've seen. That was absolutely pathetic attempts at tackling.

Bisby does lack speed however I think what is even more important is how he develops his quickness. He needs to show the ability to make someone miss in the hole or in the open field. If he can do that you will see the offers increase. The level of talent will probably hinder the amount of d1 looks he gets... I remember guys such as Connel Davis, Tommy Blake, and many others who didn't get a lot of D1 looks at running back not based on their talent but due to the fact the played in south texas and didn't prove it in the dfw or Houston... GP fans he reminds me of Devin Bisby from Pflugerville Connaly who ran all over us. 4.6 speed. Weighing 220. With power, strength, oh btw he broke 5 helmets last year! I don't know a kid in the state who wants to tackle that. I don't think anyone can tackle him one on one. Prove me wrong! i saw on kid last year meet him at the goaline head up.... it ended with bisby on his backside and 3rd and goal

Very good point gpj. Any good defense will feast upon a one-dimensional attack.......I don't care how great a player that dimension is. I remember MB running for 299 against LT in 2009 and us still losing the game 27-20 in the Alamo Dome. If GP goes one-dimensional Bisby will certainly get his but that doesn't mean the Wildcats will get their's.

I think the 3 best RBs in G-P history were Connell Davis, Joey Sanchez, & Martin Dossett. Devin Bisby will obviously be the "best" RB in G-P history, as he will surpass or has surpassed all the rushing records at G-P. My post was that Bisby, R. Starcher, & S. Starcher are my 3 favorite RBs at G-P for obvious reason as that highlight video showed all three of them carrying the ball.

I think Joey was the best! For a kid his size, he had more heart & desire than any player I have ever watched play at Gregory-Portland over the last 35 years. I just wish he would have been 6'0" tall and weighed 200 lbs. He could have played pretty much anywhere he wanted to. I wish I had 22 players on my team just like him.
