Refugio hasn't lost a match, I don't know about last Tuesdays games. Ive not seem them play this season, busy with the softball. Refugio will end the season with some games in Victoria next Tuesday. Ive heard the backup Qb is around 6'4" and played real well. The Jv will be in good hands. Refugio did not play in a SQT, you have to play to much sandlot. Refugio calls real plays that they would use in a season, if not its a waste of time.

Had some close ones Tuesday, beat Sinton 25 to 20 and then Rockport 20 to 12. Some of Refugios young ones got beat deep. Scores may not be exact. The Jv Qb played real well, the guys going to be tall. May be 6'6" or taller by the time hes a Sr. Will be a sophomore this year, made the varsity baseball team by the end of the season. Pitched real good and has a real strong arm, pure passer. The backup Qb on the Varsity may be a Freshman 6' 190 lbs and ran a 4.5 40 at the TCU combine. Not bad for a kid coming out of the 8th grade, I think TCU wanted him to sign on the dotted line. A former TCU player from Beeville took him to the combine , he has Refugio ties.

Good deal, nice to hear there will be some up coming talent. Seems like Sinton is doing well, who are the tops teams in this league? sounds like Rockport isn't doing to bad then either. I like 7on7 it really helps QB's and receivers get in sync and DB work on reads.
