A beast for sure. I fished that lake very hard back in the 90s and I'll assure you that at that time I saw numerous gators this size and larger! There are some absolute MONSTERS in that lake. I've seen as many as 15 in a day while bass fishing the upper end of the lake. I saw one back in the late 90s that was big enough that I started my motor up and got the Hell out of Dodge! My boat at that time was a 15' Skeeter Wrangler and I'll assure you he would not have fit on the deck end to end!

Fished choke for years. There is way bigger ones. 14 is upper end but I've seen one the was 16-18 plus.

No doubt GPK, there are some legit monsters in that lake. You ever hear those big males roaring during mating season? Make the hair on your arsh stand on end!!!

Whether they are babies or adults, you just don't mess with it. Either kill it or get out of dodge like you said or you will be killed or seriously injured.
