I love the sport of football, but if I hear another lie, or fluffed up stat, or how the line isn't blocking for their kid story I'm gonna eat a bowl of arsenic!
1. The line blocks the same for everyone, they dont need you or your kid telling everyone it's the lines fault. We have good young linemen, if one kid can score with them then theorhetically yours should be able to as well...if they aren't then pitch blame closer to home buddy.
2. Don't lie on things. People you lie too will repeat the lie at the wrong time and the truth will come out and have you looking bad. Don't tell people you have 7 TDs when the numeric value is singular in every aspect of the word.
3. Stop whining... players do what they do...they play hard and make stuff happen, you can't blame the coach. Man up or shut up. BTW, stop attempting to get play time by "donating" stuff. That tactic is not cute at all. Besides I'd gladly take the free crap and let you look stupid, afterall it's free.
That's what I hate about football... Dumb arsed parents. Boom!

Yeah it's amazing how they can be... Every little Johnny is a potential pro athlete forget that he may be 4 foot nothing, weigh 90 lbs soaking wet and run a 8.6 40, can't tackle, can't block, can't catch, can't carry a school book without dropping it much less a football, doesn't want to get hit, can't throw the ball 3 yards... But yet it's everyone else who doesn't do their job on the team including the coach because little Johnny isn't playing and isn't getting a scholarship to a major university... I loved going to scout other teams and hearing the different parents complain in the stands no matter how good or how bad the teams were it was always the same if their kid wasn't playing..

Yep, funny thing is after the last game the same guy who said 'I never talk to the coaches' pulled the coach to the side and held him hostage for about 20 minutes as I was talking to another parent about his son at LB. Well, coaches are in the business of winning, so don't plead for your kid. Let your kid speak for themselves with their game play. Last game of the season...and sadly I'm kinda glad.
