Hey is that FB lineman holding looks like he has him by the jersy where them refs from? You got great eyes then because if he were wearing black and gold, I would bet you wouldn't be seeing that, even if you did.

FB 62 Moody 7 42-0 at the half so lots of subs got lots of good game experience. Help me out JD. Number 17 was playing QB and doing a good job in the end as did Snell in back up before him. Also number 45 had some good defensive stops but they aren't on the roster I have. Good job all the Hornets tonight.

Also number 45 had some good defensive stops but they aren't on the roster I have. Good job all the Hornets tonight. Another balanced attack on offense with 195 yds passing and 338 rushing. 9 players running with the ball and 7 catching the ball. 11 different players scoring either a TD or EP. Defense did a great job holding Cantu to 157 yds passing, plus add a 98 yd INT pick six for Jalen Campbell. FB had subs in most of the second half and allowed the lone score for TD that went for 60 of those yards. One thing the coaches must have been preaching about is the holding or penalties in general. FB had only 3-25 but the big one was for holding and had a TD called back. Andrus knows there won't be any easy games like this ahead but maybe he got to see a complete game out of both the O and the D. By the way FB Fan the paper had the name Josh Solerk for passing 1-1-6 yds. I think that was the 3rd QB used.

The mistakes keep happening against these weaker teams. Flour Bluff has to eliminate the Special Teams, Defensive and Offensive mistakes. Moody ran a kickoff across midfield, but did nothing. Cannot do that in the playoffs. Turnovers (lost fumble) deep in Flour Bluff territory. Even though Moody did not score. In the playoffs that could cost a game. Blown coverage and Moody goes for a 60-yard TD. These mistakes have been occurring every game. These can end a playoff run in a hurry. That is the difference between a very good team and the teams playing in the final two weeks.

I remember thinking these mistakes have to stop, especially on the 2 nice kickoff returns across midfield by Moody. The fumble was unfortunate that it occurred but nevertheless, a good play by Moody. The blown coverage that led to Moody's lone touchdown was like a punch in the gut; I too was hoping for our first shutout. Little mistakes like these against a higher calibre team will add up quicky and could end our playoff run early. I hope the guys get in line and realize whats going on. Better yet, I'm going to talk to a few of them later today, lol. Now on to Nixon!!!

The fumble? Kolton needs to know when to go down. Blown coverage on the TD...... We had just about all subs in. Kickoffs......I agree but alot of things were worked on last week and it showed. I like the running of Kevin Dewitt. The kid runs hard, quick and downfield. Gaines looked sharper and needs to peak especially before the playoffs. Glad to see T. Martin back and looked good following his blocks too, with no backing up and losing yardage. The WRs are catching just about everything thrown their way. I like their routes and position when the ball is in the air. Is it perfect? No....but getting better and better. To get to third round and win it, yes it will take more of a perfect game on both sides of the ball but I like FB's chances.

Don't get me wrong. I do like FB's chances this year. I am sure Coach Andrus knows that the mistakes have to be eliminated. Four reminders in the 3rd Round. Pflugerville Connally, Alamo Heights and two times Lake Travis. I am just not sure that the players realize the concern since they have handily won with those mistakes against weak teams.
