the Calallen took a good hit with about 3" of rain, but as of now the field looks alot better, IT WILL be ready for 1st pitch @ 7pm.

Hope GP's field is ok for tomorrow. looks like the rain put this series in our hand, 1 at GP and two if need at THE BLUFF. the third game will not be needed we will run rule two games. ;D

It's still the same as before with 1 at FB and 1 at GP and the 3rd at FB if needed. Just games 1 and 2 got put off a day and traded their order.

The outfield only drains fair but it could afford to soak up a fair amount of water with as dry as it has been. The good thing is both teams have to play on the same surface.

I sure don't miss trying to dry out a field for a LL Allstar tournament. One year I bought every bag of Kitty Litter in Portland to absorb water. We also poured diesel on the basepaths and then burned it off with a pear burner. I also remeber standing in 6" of water, with an electric sump pump trying to pump water off the infield. we had extension cords laying in water. I remember think "this aint too smart"
