My sportscaster friend in Cali explained it to me - up until 2 years ago, those were all the games there was - now each is called "Section Champ" and then the Bowl I, Bowl II, Bowl III, Bowl IV; and Bowl Open games are played - 10 of the sections champs are invited only - ala BCS....what a mess
