What is the largest vehicle/machinery you have operated?
I saw this on another forum I read and it got some fun responses. The only requirement is that you are a team of people have had to drive/operate the machine. For example, If you were a cook on a battleship it don't count as operating the vessel. If you shoveled coal on the Titanic that counts as operating the ship.

Best I got is CAT backhoe 400 series, Don't recall the exact model. Also, the family farm had a John Deere tractor, maybe 60 horse power, 6000 series. It had a Cab and AC and that was nice.

200+ HP 4x4 Case International tractor D8 Dozer (apprx 90k lbs) Cat 336 Excavator (apprx 80k lbs)
I did get to drive a D11 on a jobsite once but didn't really get to rip rock up with it so I don't really count that as operating it. I believe that machine was over 200k lbs and about 15' tall and probably close to 30' long. That operator was literally ripping slabs of solid rock up about 12"-24" thick, and as big as 300-400 sq ft in size. It was truly an amazing site to see how it broke and ripped those huge chunks out of the ground.

A boat captain let me operate his 120’ work boat on the way to a rig. Pretty powerful but I’m sure nothing like a large warship

Running the throttles on a 378ft Coast Guard Cutter should count. Especially at General Quarters!. Been there Done that. Up on Birds was fun 38000 Shaft horsepower will get some attention.
