Many will tell you I’m a man of my word. I’m gonna tarnish that by coming back in here to comment on the statement I made yesterday after I said I wouldn’t.
On separate occasions we ran into one of our media guys. One of those instances, he was in conversation with a Lampasas media rep. His words: “#3 is bullying our secondary”. Another occasion Calhoun scout with Alice ties commented on our O line, and then went on to say “Arellano is a beast”. Yet another brief conversation with a Burnet scout who happened to be with one of our coaches for a couple minutes had nothing but admirable things to say about Arellano, Carrillo, Garza and Saenz. I have known those guys since they were younger, watched them play and have witnessed Arellano develop into the athlete he is today. It made a difference not having him out there and Carrillo for that matter.
Arellano’s backup dropped two passes once in scoring position and all alone. I promise those are two guaranteed scores with Arellano there. On defense had Arellano or Carrillo played, ZERO passes would’ve been caught. This is not to take anything away from the Sandcrabs, they are well coached and a very disciplined team, those guys worked hard and a win is a win. Bottom line, Calhoun was the better team because Arellano and Carrillo did not play. Calhoun beat Alice because Arellano and Carrillo did not play.
Now I’ll move on.
What prompted this renovation proposal and lit a fire under admin was a recent incident at the Refugio-Ben Bolt playoff game. A Refugio fan who happened to be on a wheelchair fell over because of some visible inconsistencies with a ramp on our home side. It was a scary situation and was taken care of and handled accordingly. By Monday walkthroughs at the stadium were in progress, calls were being made, etc. Discussions regarding stadium renovations had already happened some time back but placed on the back burner. This incident got them going again. Yes there’s an idea of what is needed, no rendering though.

It's funny when it's not your team. What's even funnier is clowns acting like cochino is the only one that's ever made an excuse for his team. What is sad is that your excuses this round is almost stooping to CCwarcat's woulda, coulda, shoulda yearly BS for CC Vets. we were without our 2 best offensive weapons who also start on D. How is pointing out that FACT a woulda coulda shoulda? It's not even your fight. Let it go.

Pointing out injuries is one thing, stooping to the “Alice would have won for sure” line is nothing but a “woulda coulda shoulda” mantra that should be avoided. It’s a bad look. No one knows what woulda coulda shoulda happened, which is why it’s silly to pretend otherwise. And please stop saying #3 did not play. He played.

I’ve seen photos of his ankles that were shared with some of the coaches. It’s not good. You might be saying he played because he is also the team’s long snapper. That’s more than likely why you saw him out there. Not a lot of running or movement as a long snapper. I’m telling you he does it all. Watch the game please. Somebody share the link with this guy.

You guys who have no dog in the fight and are inserting yourself into the debate would be better off just commenting "we don't like you cochino" and be done with it.

Wrong. I just went through the first quarter and he played 12 offensive snaps. I then started the first drive of the 2nd quarter and he was back out there. I fast forwarded to the 3rd quarter and he was out there again. This guy has the link.

Don't bother with them. I take responsibility for why a lot of these clowns look to hate on Alice. It's me they don't like and they take it out on the program.

Just like you knew TCU was recruiting your QB last year? Get out of here with that nonsense. Unless your long snapper lines up at WR, #3 played 12 offensive snaps in the first quarter. He was also not there in the 2nd quarter. He was also out there after halftime. Y’all are spreading some falsehoods.

I'm sure after the halftime break he would try and go again in the 3rd. He still didn't play more than a few plays and was INJURED. Your slow and I'm not wasting my time on you anymore. Go fight the T-M fight. You're like clemensbuff always worried about everyone else's teams other than your own.

Last years QBs dad HIMSELF is the one that told me the story that his son was being recruited by TCU and they would be there for the FB game. I did not make chit up. I don't make chit up. What's the point. What do I get out of bragging about a QB that was OGs product not ours. I couldn't care less.
