That’ll never happen. I 100% support and back my kids. That said. I’ll still make honest predictions, all day everyday. As of today, I don’t see Carroll beating Vets. Guess that's why you are always defending Vet's. And CCISD STOLE THE TALENT from the other schools for Vet's. Everybody already knows that. Everybody says that (well on here people say that, in the real world nobody says that)… but that doesn’t make it true. Fake news.

1 RB to carry the Team is not going to amount to wins. If you look at the points scored last season Vs what they gave up. Well, that won't get it done either. They will play closer games hopefully. But the wins just won't be there. Are you taking into account the new coaching regime, and excitement of the new school? New facilities? And actually, a new emphasis on who Carroll is and will become? I mean, they call themselves “The Program” and they have a countdown to “The Takeover” which happens this fall. Gotta give Carroll credit for coming out guns blazing. Belief is step one. Follow that up with hard work, and you’re more than halfway there. New coaching regime? A coach who went 9-19 over 3 seasons at a 2A- Div 2 school? I wouldn't get too excited about that.

We live here, we like and watch high school football. We know what the CCISD teams were for years and years and we saw what CCISD and CCVM did to them. You denying what we know doesn't change anything.

Teams not named Vets and recently Miller have been terrible for 20 years (Carrol had a little success in the late 1990’s) and another 40 years beyond that. And even when there was success, it was minimal (Round 2 type of success) and very few and far between. So tell me again how all CCISD schools were killing it…. I’d love to hear that dream.

You're twisting facts. By taking their talent the other teams went from mediocre to abysmal but by combining their talent to one team CCVM was created.

You forget, I had a kid on the team for years. I went to the practices. I knew the other kids on the team, even before they went to Vets… they played at Kaffie and Grant. I knew several parents. They all lived within the Vets boundary. It’s just plain false.

What about all those Waivers for kids not to have to go back to Carroll ECT. You forgot about those. How many wins did Vets get while that was still going on? Most of them for sure. It only ended two years ago.

It only ended two years ago. Wrong again. The physical boundary was changed 2 years ago. That boundary now sends all Grant kids to Carroll. Before then all of Kaffie and about half of Grant went to Vets. That change is what has lowered Vets enrollment and raised Carrol’s enrollment. Prior to that change, Vets kids were Vets kids just like the boundary dictated. Where you live matters. CCISD is not approving a whole lot, if any, waivers. The boundaries are pretty hard core.

An Offensive Genius. where he led his team to a 5-6 record and scored 297 points while they gave up 247. Pretty Average IMO. I would think with an Offensive genius they would score at least 400. Dang, all of a sudden thing are looking a little darker in the eagles nest.

Dang, all of a sudden thing are looking a little darker in the eagles nest. I agree. That’s not very impressive. But what is impressive is the turnaround he brought to Somerville. What kind of success will he have at Carroll. I don’t know. But CCISD has given him all the tools necessary. 2 for sure, maybe 3 of Vets’ best assistants are Carroll Tigers now. And the facilities are top notch. He’s been given the keys to the Ferrari. Time to drive it.

Maybe Not as Many But you just said..... The boundary change is unrelated to your argument that people attending Vets live outside of the boundary. Lol People living outside of the new Vets boundary are literally no longer allowed to attend Vets… even if they have siblings that are still attending Vets. That’s about as hardcore as it can get. And prior to that change, it was the same thing only the boundary was bigger. You live where you live, and you attend the school in that boundary…. Unless of course you go to Flour Bluff, then you can live anywhere.
