GP most important seniors they will lose----All 20 of them are important
#44 Diondray Parker is a big loss #80 David Karl is a big loss #24 Dustin Madsen is a big loss
You can't put to much importance on a incoming Freshman or JV. I can't explain it but I have seen undefeated JV come in and the next year was a bust on the varsity.

What does Gregory Portland bring back? GP Offense: looses most of the O-line. Returns Redden the QB and the area leading rusher 1900 yards Batts, Some great recievers in Ross Dubose and Hartly. I hear the young line comming up is pretty good. Defensively: Both linebackers in sophomores Mitchel 6'3" and Juarez return leading the D. Khalid Gholsby 6'2"at DE returns who was very good last season. Think we lost both corners but return Soto 6'2" at Defensive back. He was fun to watch. Next season now sophs Jaden Dement, Colton (CoCo) Harriss 6'3" and Jackson Sutton 6'3" P/K should be a big help sprinkled in at different locations on the D and O. G-P lost some seniors but the JV was good and the freshmen were undefeated. GP played alot of sophomores last season. That should help in the next season. I know a big kid comming up who is 6'5" he played basketball on varsity as a freshmen so There is alot of tallent being harnessed and Trained.

Does anyone remember a few years ago when Calallen lost to McCallum that their excuse was they had injuries from playing a tough Valley team. They had played GP and were getting up slow and their excuse was they had played a tough Valley team.

There was a cheap shot recently about Refugio being in a cup cake district. If that is true, they were in a cup cake district in the cup cake Coastal Bend.

We won that game 47-12. Our offensive lineman all had twisted ankles from playing a dirty valley team twisting ankles after the play. It was also our second win over that team that season. There's a difference. We beat GP that season 49-21 with our "weak" linemen that you like to call out as well.

Bingo! Calallen had a weak mentally tough team that year and since. The first step of curing alcoholism is realize you have a problem.

That was your quote. Not mine. The next season we were one play away from going back to ATT in a 19--17 loss to Fort Bend Marshall. Their coach told Danaher after the game that we physically whipped them. Keep arguing with yourself.

Wow, they love whupping up on GP and get real defensive if you talk about their team, Comical. I watched a game where a weak GP team that did not make the playoffs have Cal players giving another Cal player help off the field after every play. It was the one where Coach Rick Rhoades came unglued over the bad officiating.
