Never heard of him or seen him play, but I have seen the Bluff JV play. Great QB & excellent RBs and defense. I see the Bluff winning by 10. He only had over 300 yards on GP JV. 300 yards...wow!

To answer an earlier question about who do the FB sophs play this Thursday as Cal does not have a soph team this year. (can't quote due to the stupid firewalls here at work) No one. Presto change o, the schedule now says the FB sophs have another bye for tomorrow. I guess they will look for someone else to try to get them 10 games instead of the now 9 scheduled, stay tuned.

How many sophomores does Calallen and GP have playing varsity anyway? I know 6 off the top of my head for Calallen, but I know there are more. I only know 1 from GP, but I don't know as many kids over there and I know there are several more. Flour Bluff currently has 3 sophomores on varsity and 2 more that have been called up to see action, but moved back down. We also have 3 freshmen up on varsity. Out of those underclassmen, 3 of them are starters on defense and one a starter on offense.

Yeah, doing that night shift work screws your days up. You gonna make the game in Port Lavaca Friday night?

It's got until tonight to dry. Low humidity with a north wind now and nothing else on radar.
