Couple of thoughts
-WF Rider not in the top 10 for the first time in several years!
-District mate in Timberview checks in at 8.
-I bet Ennis is glad not to be over hyped again!
-Thought LJ graduated a lot of their team- how many do they have returning o/d??
-No respect for Crosby lol
-Figured Frisco would be top 15 at least.
-Rouse at 9? Interesting
- No Sharyland Pioneer- do we have the pitch forks out yet?

Similar numbers on D I assume Rouse is easily front runner for R4 just based on last year performance and what’s returning

Lovejoy has the Ross effect in place. As long as he’s there he will have his boys ready no matter how many he loses from the year before.

Lovejoy graduated a lot but they also have a ton of talent returning. The younger classes at LJ are loaded, they’ll have great talent and size at WR. Two guys on that receiving group that are 6’4”+ and a slot receiver that holds many D1 offers. Longtime Allen supporter Geno Pierce moved his son to LJ over the offseason and his kid, class of 24’ LB zhas multiple offers as well to pair with the all-state ILB they have returning. Will they get the same QB play that helped them be so dangerous will be the question.

That QB/WR duo last season for them was top tier in the state. Still going to roll with Frisco for the time being.

The QB/WR duo was by the numbers one of the all-time great TXHSFB duo. I believe the WR ended up 7th on the single-season TD list. You can’t expect the same production through the air, but they will have a very solid offensive line to go along with a talented Soph RB. Frisco lost some longtime playmakers that helped turn the program around, and I think what Lovejoy has brewing over there will continue.

We will see how LJ does considering they are still a relatively new program. Might be their highest ranking in program history. Lets see how they respond when they are towards the top of the hill. If this was volleyball then I would have zero hesitation.

Gotcha, disappointing end then. Losing in the 3rd round. Potential 3rd round this season (if yall win district) will be the Timberview/Ennis winner.

Potential 3rd round this season (if yall win district) will be the Timberview/Ennis winner. 3 of the best players were booted from the team for breaking team rules. LJ lost to the eventual state champ. Coach Ross will have them ready. We played the T-View Ennis winner this past season.

I dont want to call it a criticism but the Lovejoy head coach did elect to kick an extra point instead of going for two against Aledo. It could have been a three point game but ultimately it was a four point game. No clue why that decision was made. That's a blunder in my book.
