Miller is the big favorite in this one but I would like to see Rockport do well. Hoping it’s a good competitive game.

For you to wish Miller to lose because of their schedule just shows how much of a hater you are. Since when have Rockport, Sinton or Vets been pushovers? They all went at least 3 rounds last year. Miller played TM twice because like you all, nobody would play them either the 1st game. You act like Port Lavaca was supposed to play Waco La Vega all along. The only reason why you guys played them is because your game with Navarro got canceled. Oh and yea, how is Navarro doing so far? You schedule the same weak Stafford team every year, and you’ve played El Campo who is good. Stop acting like you guys and Calallen just scheduled these juggernauts. Waco La Vega happened the same saw with Calallen because a team backed out. They played Jourdanton and GP and a private school that got destroyed the next week. That is no slight to Calallen or Port Lavaca, because I believe they both are really good teams. But don’t come on here talking about Miller having a weak schedule when 3 out of 5 teams went 3 rounds and Vets is picked to make it to the state semifinals in 5A D1. Don’t worry, you will get your chance to see Miller soon enough. Beeville has played Sinton, Somerset, Boerne, and Canyon Lake. Which of those 4 teams have set the world on fire? TM has played an even easier non district schedule as well. Pretty crappy for you to say that Miller’s schedule is weak. Port Lavaca wasn’t supposed to play that schedule and you know it. They were stuck scrambling for games and didn’t have a choice. Period.

Rockport lost by 1 point to the state finalist in last year's playoffs. Alice barely escaped Rockport with a close win last year. Since when is Rockport or Sinton "soft"?

You’re right Cochino. And btw, Calallen scrimmaged Sinton as well. Sinton competed with them. I know it’s a scrimmage, but be real. If Calallen or Port Lavaca wanted to play La Vega, they would’ve played them from the beginning not out of necessity to get a game.

As far as Hating Miller I DON'T. I'm glad they are doing well and actually rooted for them all last season with the exception of the Flour Bluff Game. Navarro was the Only Team of lower Classification that Calhoun had on their Schedule and They are Ranked. Still even though they have had a rougher time this year than normal. Calhoun also had bigger schools on their schedule. 5A D2 Bryan Rudder, Who I have been watching regularly since moving up here, Has not had much success since opening But they have been Improving. Point Being Calhoun will travel and take on opponents that we have never faced instead of playing teams we know we will beat year in and year out. And Remember it is much harder to find Opponents willing to play against an Offense they may not see again than one that 75% of HS Teams run, Why because that helps them later. Playing Calhoun May not. As for Calhoun Seeing Miller Soon enough... CAN'T WAIT. Ready to see if Miller can handle a team that is Going to punch them in the mouth and then respond. And by the way I expect Miller to win in a blowout. It would just be amusing if they lost. Miller is not doing themselves any favors with this schedule. And I apologize for Triggering you.

So, are you going to Rag on LaVega for scheduling Calhoun and Calallen, even if it was last minute?

I will just add that Cornerstone lost big the week after the Calallen game to Trinity Christian. It’s funny when people blow that off and act like Cornerstone isn’t solid because of that loss. Trinity Christian is the three time defending TAPPS Champion. Their QB is Deion Sanders son and Deion is the OC. Cornerstone was in the game up until the 4th qtr. Its definitely a legit loss and in no way indicates that Cornerstone isn’t loaded with talent.

You just furthermore proved my point. You didn’t schedule Waco La Vega at first. Stop trying to make yourself seem greater than what you are. You scheduled them by default. Do you think Miller would’ve played TM twice if they could’ve found a game? It’s funny you say weak scheduling. If I’m correct, isn’t Flour Bluff playing Rockport next week as well? Oh I guess Flour Bluff is playing a weak non district schedule as well. You’re funny. Why didn’t Flour Bluff play Calallen? Why didn’t Calallen choose to play Flour Bluff instead of GP? Wouldn’t that have been a “tougher game”? As for being hit in the mouth, you better check Miller’s pedigree over the last 3-4 years. They have never had a problem stopping the run, it’s the pass that has hurt them. You guys don’t throw the ball. However, you guys can’t cover at all and will have your hands full all night with Miller running and throwing. Miller will hit you in the mouth as well. We will all find out if that “tough” non district schedule you guys got be default will pay dividends later. Time will tell.

Do Sinton or RF have the Talent that Miller does. Miller is favored by 21. I'll take the over in this matchup.

Actually Calallen backed out of their previously agreed game with Flour Bluff to play Jourdanton. That was before the pandemic UIL schedule scramble.

And scheduling is up in the air this year due to all this STUFF going on. But answer me this. When was the last time Miller Scheduled a top ten team in their classification. for a non district game.
