GPKing has a good point. Actually I read PLC hyping the opposition to make PLC look good win or loose. I am just saying PLC and Calallen, lookout.

If only Witaker could pass successfully a bit more that "O" would be devastating. Just 10 passes or so I've seen Calhoun complete 6 in a game before it was Against Austin McCallum in 2009 playoffs. That's the most I can remember in a game. That game is on YouTube

I find it funny that people are being critical of Calhoun. Over hyping opponents? We don’t need to, they have played the number 1, and 6 in the state. No hype needed. Will you please give an example of how Calhoun has overhyped an opponent? GP folk just need to worry about GP? Wait, they haven’t played a game yet???

The only team we have lost to was LaVega who at the time we played was #1 in 4A-1. They didn't require any HYPE. They plaqyed in the State Championship. El Campo also ranked above Calhoun at time of game, Is also a very good team that does not require any HYPE. The only thing said About Stafford was they have some very good Athletes. There is no way to hype up the next two opponents for Calhoun because I know nothing about them. So why don't you break them down for us O WISE ONE. What if you knew as much about Calhoun as you think you do?

Typically you won’t see Calhoun pass till later in the season, and a round or two deep in the playoffs, unless they are losing. They did pass a little more last year with the type of QB they had. But nothing compared to other teams.

I believe I was the one who warned PLC posters before the Brenham game.

Bitter man, what happened to Bitter old man? Me and Rodney Dangerfield just can't get any respect. Watched PLC and Calallen play simultaneous on 2 computers live stream and tried to pull up a Miller game on 3rd Computer but had to register and gave it up. Rambling ol man went all the way to Katy yesterday to watch his 6 year old great grandson play soccer in club ball. Made it back home in time to watch the UT game. Got my schedule for Hamilton Junior High to go see a great grandson play in Hamilton and waiting for Rouse Raiders to start and will make games between GP games to see another Great grandson play at Cedar Park. Busy living life to the fullest and made Sunday school and church this morning. Something to think about. GP has lost fewer games than PLC and Calallen so far this year.

I believe I was the one who warned PLC posters before the Brenham game. SEVEN YEARS AGO??!!! You have to go that far back to try to prove your point. This is 2020. That was 2013. Do the Math. Seven years ago??? Really. Should have told us about 1960 when Calhoun lost to Brownwood in the state championship. Would be just as relevant. Regardless the score of this game was 39-27 in favor of Calhoun. It was Non-District and the lessons to be learned from it will be done this week. By Both teams. Other than that it no longer matters but you can continue to what if it to death if you so choose. now we can move on to Bellaire Episcopal. Do you have anything constructive to add about this up coming game? if not worry about WF, Sinton, G-P or what ever your team of the week is. Calhoun don't need you... Or want you.

I was at that game in 1960 and boy was it cold. Lawrence Elkins was to much for Calhoun.
A cold front came through the night before when Johnny Roland and the Miller Bucs whuped my Coyotes. The rain did not bother Johnny Roland.
Added note: My grand daughter graduated from PLC and I keep her informed on PLC.
