Well, TEA just released today their comprehensive guidance for ISD's to reopen for 2020-2021 School Year. All schools have to offer in classroom instruction to parents that want it. This is subject to change if Governor Abbott issues an order for schools to remain closed and offer virtual instruction only. Parents have the option for virtual instruction. Schools can phase in in classroom instruction if they deem necessary for the health and safety of the students, teachers and staff. All students 10 years old and older must wear a face covering, which includes a faceshield, for in classroom instruction attendance. Parents can opt for virtual instruction or for in classroom instruction and can change that decision, but must complete a grading period (6 weeks or 9 weeks).
Most likely the UIL will follow with their guidance by next week.

If a student decides to remote learn they cannot participate in extra curricular activities (this may be school board decision each ISD has to make as opposed to TEA/UIL - Iβm not sure)

Do y'all already have an asterisk by this season no matter who ends up "winning"?
