Nike has made a choice by aligning their brand with the anthem protesters and now some schools have chosen to stop buying Nike products.How do you think that the choice that Nike has made will effect its sale of products related to only high school sports?

Nike has made a choice by aligning their brand with the anthem protesters and now some schools have chosen to stop buying Nike products.How do you think that the choice that Nike has made will effect its sale of products related to only high school sports? Nothing in the life of anyone in the U.S. these days corporate or private is entirely non political in effect regardless of intent so yes every action has a reaction which would include sales increase or decrease. Nike stock dropped 4% the first day which is billions of dollars.

Interesting to see who drops them. And College of the Ozarks looks to be the first the MSM will admit and google couldn't bury. If any college or pro team drops Nike, it will probably be next season. Its hard and expensive to change hundreds of uniforms, practice gear and casual wear in a few weeks. Also, most colleges have apparel deals for all mens & women's sports and that just adds to the complexity.
