I am signed onto Twitter and don’t use it and don’t see any benifit. Does anybody out there use it or get a benifit. I am looking at dumping it for obvious reasons.

The only reason I use it is because Matt Stepp and Greg Tepper give updates on game results and have info on coaching vacancies and who gets the new job much faster than any other media.

Ohio State pulls out win and is National Champion. Over Alabama. Ohio State was losing 52 to 24 in the 4th quarter and got 30 mail in points and won 54 to 52.

Going to lead to empty stadiums and loss of money for booster clubs. Participation in sports may even drop. Will really hurt the small schools.

I can understand your stance on this, however I’m still good with the streaming option. I have not heard if football games are gonna be a go for full attendance this year, if so I will be at stadium just about every Friday or Sat night. If full attendance is permitted I think most teams still get the bulk of fans back in the stadium. With Covid easing up people are getting out in droves, San Antonio is hopping big time on the weekends now. Again is see your point but if full attendance is allowed if bet these stadiums are packed on Friday nights.

There will be no official restrictions from the UIL nor the state and if an ISD is stupid enough to not allow it.... Well they deserve to lose revenue, IMO. IF UT, A&M etc. have no reservations about going 100% capacity in the fall.... then we are OK at the high school level. The recently completed baseball/softball tourneys were at full capacity. And as far as streaming, both schools have to agree so there is that to take into consideration as far as attendance. I really think even the more casual of the diehard fans will have no issue with coming back as it's not the same as seeing a game on a video source. And you have to throw in the bands and other student groups will be back at being able to travel and fully participate and band parents do travel to see their kids.

There's NOTHING better than the Friday night atmosphere. Can't get the experience on a streaming service. If stadiums open I think fans will be hungry to go.

I stayed away and watched the stream last year, because of the pandemic and to allow parents to get the limited tickets to see their kids participate. I will be going to games this year to support the kids in person. 55 is right, there is nothing like it.
