FB and Cal sub varsity teams play each other twice this season. First time second games week. I think you are correct in place of Kerrville and Kilgore respectively.

Calallen 8th Grade A 32- Kaffie (CCISD) 0 Calallen 8th Grade B 34- Kaffie 0 Both teams have clinched a share of the title. With a win over GP next week in the final, both will be outright District Champs! so who won the game, lol

I am guessing GP won this game last year for the district title?? Nope. I forgot the score, but the title was won by the Calallen eighth graders both A and B teams and as Freshmen they are primed to win again.

A coworker just told me that he talked to the Cal freshmen coach Savanich and he told him that only 30 boys showed up for freshmen football at Calallen this year. Hes been going door to door to try to get some to come back to play. Whats going on in CalCat land?

They have a few on the injured list which might give them an opening day roster close to 32. Off the bat they lost five or six to baseball only. Why? I don't know? I do tend to believe attrition begins earlier over here than elsewhere.
