East won last year if I'm not mistaken. SM coaches were a fiery bunch. Found out they all came over from Judson after one of Judson's coaches got the HC job. Don't know what returning players SM brings back but after Gonzalez hung 60 on East defense Ill take SM.

San Marcos changed head coaches in June last year after Van Nest resigned so coach Soto was very limited in making coaching changes at that time because contracts were already signed for all the coaches on staff. A lot more changes were made this year than last. At least they got off to a better start this year by beating Dripping Springs. I give coach Soto a pass for last year because he wasn't working with his own staff to begin with.

East is terrible. West will be best this year. How can you have 1800-1900 kids and be terrible?

San Marcos should roll; they beat a Dripping Springs team that is usually solid.

Not speculation my son goes to west and the effects are trickling down and might effect west as well and they might have 2 players suspended for the year ...I only edited misspelled words...wouldn't broadcast unless I knew it was true no need to slander
