E-E vs LBJ scrimmage was 3-1. LBJs only offensive output seemed to be when the QB scambled and gained some yardage. Defense had some stops on E-E but of course there were plenty of substitutions on both sides I believe. GP should take this easily..

Thanks for the report. The boys will go into the game to play hard and try to work on things we need improvement on. Coach A will not let the kids look ahead of this opponent. Tough practice yesterday from what I understand! Too many mistakes vs Bluff in the scrimmage...

Mistakes in the scrimmage or mistake in not having "secret summer vouluntary position camps" like Calallen?

Ok sports fans. Max Preps has GP at #423 and Laredo LBJ at #895. If GP is not resting Starters in the 4th Quarter, then there is serious troubles in GP land and it will be a very Long season.

Our problem with the secret summer camps is our Whataburger is on the wrong side of the highway. I wonder if we could use city hall or the library's restroom as the secret portal to the secret tunnel to allow players into the secret underground practice facility for their secret position coaches to work them into secret weapons of 304A destruction....... they could drive their Al Williford secretly supplied Silverados (does not have the "pinache" of King Ranch F250) to the Library. Remember boys, its the 2nd stall, latch the door and say 3 times "calallen could have won had they wanted to" to activate the secret door.

Y'all can just practice in the K-Mart during normal business hours, nobody would see y'all in that ghost town. Save you a ton of money not having to excavate the super secret underground practice facility, then you can afford the King Ranch trucks.

Wildcats players remember the following,
"Being the best that you can be is possible only if your desire to be a champion is greater than your fear of failure"

WOW talk about some serious adrenaline pumping through these GP boys. I know my son is got this look I haven't seen since his first full padded tackle game after playing flag for 2 years. I even saw a few others out eating tonight, all perfect gentleman by they are ready. Tomorrow night at team dinner it will be fun for them. "Laredo you better call grandma cause GP Wildcats are coming to town to blow her house down." "Varsity Blues", got to give them their props for that great line. I think I'm going to like this site, but not be liked by certain people from the site. GO GP

Bottom line is you like and believe in your team, that's important. Good luck this year, oh, except for one week. You know, the Calhoun week.
