That pic has to be photoshop Maybe not.... Mack was an OU assistant under Switzer in the 80's. Mack must've won a bet or something. He was? I think that would be news to him.

Yall do realize T-M scored more on our defense than C-5 and Gp combined.

I have seen both Calallen and GP play this year. The Calallen Defense will not be any easier for GP than the PLC Defense. I am sure that the PLC fans can attest to that having played both teams. If GP does not have an effective passing game to loosen up the Calallen Run Defense, then it will be another long night for the GP Offense. The turnovers hurt GP more than anything in the game against PLC. They killed drives and zapped momentum away from GP. If GP holds onto the ball, then this should be a good close game. I am sure that the missing GP players did adversely effect the game against PLC. If GP gets the QB and SS back, then that makes it an even more competitive game.
I still like Calallen to win this one based on the Defense. GP is not going to run over Calallen's Defense just like they were unable to against PLC.
GP 14 Calallen 28

We learned that PLC is a damn good football team and that our D needs a lot of work. We also learned that it's hard to win a game against a quality opponent without your starting QB and your best defensive player. Could Flour Bluff beat Calallen or Calhoun without Mims or their best defensive player? I seriously doubt Excuses don't fare well on here. Flour Bluff knows all about having key personnel out. Just look at 2011 where 8 Starters were out at one time. That Flour Bluff team still made the playoffs and beat GP. No excuse, just stating facts. How did that game vs Calallen go in 2011 with your QB & other starters out? And you beat G-P by a missed XP, WOW! Is that one of Flour Bluff's all-time greatest moments? You keep bringing it up...

Medicineman wait for gifts of squaw to come but no squaw come to teepee. Pack warrior elder now see what happen when he send no gift to medicineman. Medicineman send gift of victory to stinging warrior and crotch biting warrior but think of now telling old squaw to make pee on practice grounds with curse as elders have not sent gifts as promised and speak with forked tongue. Crotch biting warrior soften up rabbit for great river cat to kill and eat. Rabbit early season battles gave false hope to rabbit elders. Rabbit have victories over squaws and children, but fall hard in real battle. Great river cat has found it's way and grows stronger with each setting sun. Rabbit mind tangled like moss growing on tree. As battle nears, rabbit grow more and more afraid for it know it is injured and weak with battle plan. Great river cat attack rabbit head and watch as rest of rabbit lay still with no fight. Great river cat defeat rabbit with ease by legs of 6 buffalo. May Great Spirit watch over all in battle and in travels to and from battlefield. Medicineman has spoken...so it shall be done.

If GP game plan is to run Bisby 30+ times, they will lose by a couple of scores. Doesn't matter who is at QB. They could have Arron Rogers back there, and if all he does is hand off to 1 RB all night, cal Coach D is smart enough to stop him. Bisby is a special talent, but he can't win by himself.
If GP will throw a few screen passes, get both Starcher boys more involved in the O game plan, then I think GP wins a close one. I would love to see younger Starcher on a toss sweep with big bro as his leading blocker. especially after faking to Bisby up the middle. R. Starcher should get 8 or so carries or screen passes a game as well. He is faster than he looks.
I hope both Brandon and Erwin are back for this game.
I would enjoy meeting a few calcats before the game, let me know and we can meet up at the stadium somewhere.

81, best of luck to your boys and their team Friday night. Hope it's a clean & great game. Tell them to keep their chin up this week in practice. Calhoun is a great team and there is no shame in losing to them. They can wish to see them again in the playoffs and make a different outcome, if in the same division. They did learn from it.

Same to your son as well cats11! I expect a good, clean football game Friday night. Calhoun was as tough as we expected. The boys will be ready to play with their heads held high Friday night. If you get to Portland early, perhaps you could meet us for some pre-game festivities. PM if you can make it. Hope to see you Friday!
