Now that list is about 80% wrong. I'll agree with the two Milwaukee's Best (BEAST) entries. Noticabley missing are: Red White & Blue Pearl Schlitz Hamm's Olympia Jax Storz Plain Label There are others, but these are right along with Milwaukee's Best. I think that list noted that consumption per gallons are down since the date they peaked and some of them are down quite a bit. Of course you being from the Bluff, you probably think everyone drinks the THE BEAST. But I can see why some of the old reliables like Michelob and Bud are down because all one has to do is walk the isle at the local HEB and it's almost like going to liquior store with all the brands of beer they now carry. I'll have a Shiner, Dos Equis, Carta Blanca, Tecate, Sam Adams or a Stella before having Bud or GD if all those choice are available to me. Bud Select in particular is doomed to fail. XX is only maybe 30 calories higher, and leagues better in taste. Plus Shiner has a light version of its Blonde brew which is actually really good, and only 99 calories as well.

Anheuser-Busch sales are down ever since they sold out to the Belgian company InBev. Selling off of an American institution has backfired.
1,400 U.S. employees (6%) and 415 contractors were laid off .
Continued with layoffs according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and employees (with more layoffs rumored to come).
Revamped their severance policy to require employees to sign away their rights to WARN pay before receiving severance.
Announced it would end contributions to its pension plan for salaried employees in 2012 .
Announced that in January 2010, it will stop providing life insurance for retirees.
Elimination of tuition reimbursement for all but its highest rated employees (those rated 4a and 4b).
Elimination of free beer program known as the Anheuser Busch Hospitality Houses and Brewmasters Club formerly located at the theme parks. However, the St. Louis Anheuser-Busch Brewery Tour as well as the Grant's Farm park in St. Louis county both offer free AB products to their guests. On October 7, 2009 Anheuser Busch InBev announced the sale of its Busch Entertainment Corporation theme park division to The Blackstone Group. The sale was complete on December 1, 2009 and the division was renamed SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.

I don't drink too much beer because here in Vegas, drinks are often on the house. But when I do go down to Texas, I'll have a Lone Star.

As long as you don't fruit the beer. I noticed that places automatically put a slice of orange in Blue Moon.

Drinking Wurzburger Hofbrau Julius Echter Hefe-Weiss Bier. The best beer I found in Germany. A great beer to celebrate my birthday.
