The steel and skin on that building wouldn't be from leftover materials from other jobs now would it? Maybe we need to give Bob a call.. LOL...

I can't help but wonder what ever happened to the bond money that was allotted for baseball. The baseball program was LOANED the money for improvements by the school district. The money is expected to be paid back over the course of about 3 years. Where will the program get the money, you ask? Fundraisers like concessions, barbecues, sale of signs on outfield fence, t-shirts, and not least of all....straight out donations from businesses and private citizens. The program has always done these things in order to pay for costs of travel, equipment, uniforms, etc. The community and alumni groups really need to step up and help make this loan burden as painless as possible on the program. Really......what happened to the bond money?

WE NEED TO ATTEND THE NEXT SCHOOL BOARD MEETING AND GANG UP ON THE BOARD I THINK ITS SAD THE FOOTBALL COACH HAS NO HARDWARE COMPARED TO CHAPPYS AND HE GOT HIS NAME UP. You know - its comments like this and parents like you that makes it real hard for me to bust my ass for baseball as well as football. I worked hard on getting the football field re-named - and told Dr A I would help with the baseball field - I never once found it necessary to bad mouth another coach like you do. Maybe its time for me to rethink what I support I agree with you catfan. There's no need for it. Both equally deserve to have a field named after them. They both have the credentials.

I thought bond money was ear marked for what the tax payers & voters approved it for and nothing else. Therefore where is the bond money???

I think I'll saddle up my horse and ride up to Peeler's Ranch and see if we can make sense of it all. My all time favorite Peeler saying is..."He doesn't know come here from sick em!" His grandfather was quite the trailblazer in the Longhorn cattle industry and Paul...well he is about as South Texas as they come....damn good guy.
