As someone mentioned, PLC's schedule looks good with GP, Beeville and Calallen all at home. Travel will be very light this year with us only going to Corpus 1 time and La Vernia. And then 2 trips to Victoria. That's only about 225 miles one way for our 4 away games.
Next year will be brutal, though. 3 trips to Corpus. 1 to Beeville and 1 to Somerset. We will travel actually 4 times what we will this year if you look at it as round trip.

Thanks for the updates on the schedule Danrut. Sucks about losing 1 game. For the Seniors it is unfortunate, you don't ever want to lose a game to scheduling.

How is Boerne Champion? Eagle Pass has them for a scrimmage. How about Sinton, Gregory-Portland for LBJ?

How is Boerne Champion? Eagle Pass has them for a scrimmage. How about Sinton, Gregory-Portland for LBJ? Champion has had some success in football and overall is a better than average 4a program but last year struggled quite a bit. Probably their most impressive showing last year was the 47-30 loss to a very good SA Brandeis team. Overall they are 29-16 over the past 4 years. As you can see below they do not have one win over what I'd consider a upper end 4a team in this time. Their best 4 wins have come the last two years against 5a SA East Central (2010 & 2011), 5a Brandeis & 4a PLC (2010 playoffs). They are a combined 0-12 the last 4 years against Tivy, Steele, Calallen, & Alamo Heights. 2011
SA East Central (5a) 51 - 28 SA Brandeis (5a) 30 - 47 Clemens 20 - 21 Marble Falls 35 - 29 SA Mcollum 7 - 38 SA Brennan 17 - 21 Medina Valley 29 - 13 SA Harlandale 57 - 22 Tivy 20 - 45 Uvalde 56 - 14
